Processing Your Feelings and Moving Forward

Time Alone and Time With Others

Learning to balance all of these conflicting situations will help us to

be able to experience more peace with God, others, and ourselves.

Two skills to use to help achieve balance in our lives are learning to

practice ASSERTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE.
